About Me

Hello! I am a licensed Speech Language Pathologist with 13 years of experience in the field. I have extensive experience working with the pediatric population, especially ages 1 through 10.  I have worked in private practice for almost my entire career, providing clinic-based, home-based, and tele-therapy. I love getting to work with kiddos and their families one-on-one! My specialties include early intervention, parent training and education, pre-school and school-age language disorders, gestalt language processing, and speech sound disorders.

Originally from the Philadelphia area, I moved to San Diego in 2013 because, despite what you may have heard, it is NOT always sunny in Philadelphia! I ditched the east coast in pursuit of daily sunshine and ocean sunsets. When I'm not working, you can find me soaking up “vitamin sea" by the coast, or planning my next trip, usually to a sunny beach in another part of the world.  That must be why the kids call me the "beach teacher"...kuddos if you get this bit of speech pathologist humor! Hint: A lot of kids drop the "s" sound from "speech".
